About Hypnosis and Your Session.

Your first appointment will start with a comprehensive case history which will guide me towards using the hypnosis techniques that will work best for you.

With your permission I will then support you to go into a relaxed but focused state, often referred to as a hypnotic trance. This is a perfectly natural state that we go in and out of during our day to day life, such as when we are daydreaming, or fully engrossed in a book or film.

You will remain fully conscious and fully in control throughout.
